In the Tab "Versions" choose version 5.4 and you will download Notepad++ 5.4.5 there.

Absolutely essential if you use a lot of text files that you like to chop and change. As a trainer it saves me a lot of time as it can open as many files as you need. Cutting and pasting from one to another is simple.
Also is a good html editor.
